Material Introduction
SG03 is a solvent-free, slightly high-viscosity, high-precision photopolymer resin for LCD 3D printing. Suitable for laser and LED light sources, it cures within seconds under 355nm-405nm exposure. The formulation effectively suppresses light penetration to prevent deep curing, achieving a minimum layer thickness of 0.025mm and high forming accuracy. It features fast curing and, after forming, produces a smooth, transparent surface with high strength and heat resistance (150°C). It offers good biocompatibility and no irritating odor. Developed specifically for surgical guides, it provides high strength, wear resistance and heat resistance.
